How can I add Lovehoney to my approved senders list?
Because of the nature of Lovehoney's business, we often use adult words in our e-mails which some e-mail programs may incorrectly identify as spam.
Here's how you can make sure you always receive your important e-mails from Lovehoney.com.
Outlook 2003 (or more recent)
A number of email services work with Outlook which makes it difficult for us to tell you how you can receive emails to your Outlook Inbox. We can however inform you of how you can view all of the emails you receive as they were intended to be viewed - with images.
If a company is not in your address book or "Safe Sender" list, your HTML images will not display.
To fix the settings:
Right click on a non-displaying image in an HTML e-mail
Choose the "Change automatic download settings" option
When the popup comes up, uncheck the first box in the list that says "don't download pictures or other HTML content automatically"
Click "OK"
To add a sender to your address book:
Open the e-mail
Right click on the from address
Choose "Add to contacts" option
To add a domain to safe sender list:
Right click on a non-displaying image in an HTML e-mail
Choose "Add the domain to the safe sender list" option
Hotmail Live, Windows Live and MSN:
You must "Mark sender as safe" with the new Hotmail to enable hyperlinks even in text e-mails and images in HTML e-mails.
Entering the email contact in the address book or contacts no longer whitelists the sender.
To ensure messages from customercare@lovehoney.com are not sent to your Junk e-mail folder, you can do one of two things:
Check the "Junk" folder if you do not see the Lovehoney Newsletter in your inbox
Click the "Mark as safe" link
