How can I cancel my order?

Please contact Lovehoney as soon as  possible.

If you call us before your order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund using the same method you used to pay for it.

If your order has been shipped but has not been delivered please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your return.
