What are the delivery costs and options?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Lovehoney.com uses Super Saver and Fed Ex courier services.

Orders placed before 10am CST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed before 4pm CST Monday to Friday are shipped the next day. Orders placed before 9am CST on Saturday are despatched on Saturday.

What does a Lovehoney delivery box look like?

Tracked Delivery

Packages shipped via FedEx are automatically available for detailed tracking. If you choose this service, you will be sent an email once your package has been shipped containing the tracking number and link needed to track the location of your order as it is sent to you. 

Returns & Refunds

What if you're out when your order arrives?

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another delivery attempt or telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

If your parcel is taken to your nearest Post Office, you can collect it there.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest FedEx courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?

If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
