We want you to be totally confident about every order you place, so we have a 100 day no-questions asked return policy to put your mind at ease.

You can return any item, for any reason, for 100 days after you placed the order. 

It doesn't matter if you don't like the size, shape or color of your new toy or lingerie when it arrives, or whether you just didn't enjoy the product like you thought you would. 

If you don't like it, just return it to us for free using our free return address label.

How to return an item

Returning a product is easy.

1. Fill in a returns form. After you submit your form, we will give you our free return address if your invoice did not include one already, or you have misplaced it.

2. Package up your return securely, and include as much of the original packaging as possible (barcodes and batch numbers help us improve our service). Remember to give a good, thorough cleaning to anything that needs it.

3. Ship the item to us. You do not need to return your item by certified mail, but please obtain a tracking number from FedEx or your Post Office.

Then it’s over to us. Your return will be processed and your refund or replacement will be arranged, always within 30 days, but normally within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

Our returns policy and your rights

At Lovehoney.com, we go further. You can cancel your order within 100 days for a full refund. Your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation - normally within 7 days of us receiving your returned product. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
