    1. Fun first-time kit

Reviewed: July 25, 2015 by Alex0901, a Straight Going Steady Female

I got this when reduced to £10 and it was amazing value. The packaging is only as big as necessary, and comes with helpful, sex-positive tips on how to stay safe and happy while playing with this kit.

Before this kit, I've never owned any actual bondage equipment - improvised with dressing gown cords and cheap handcuffs - and, as someone who is definitely tempted by bondage but not quite sure just how far I will be comfortable with, I feel this kit was a good place to start. How you can use this obviously depends on what your bedframe is like - the restraints are clearly designed to tie around something. Fortunately my bedframes are well suited for this and so no problems have arisen there. I've found it both easy to tie and untie the restraints to/from the bedposts, while they remain firmly attached during play, and in fact can easily be tucked down the side of the bed so that they do not need removing every time.

My wrists are very narrow and my boyfriend's a lot thicker, but the cuffs fit us both well. I was initially worried they might not stay on me very well as there might not be enough velcro holding them, but so far no problems have arisen, and we both find them very comfortable. As shown in the video accompanying this product, the restraints can also just be held in the hand of whoever is not tied up, leading to more flexibility in your activities. We haven't yet used the blindfold, but it also feels like it would be very comfortable to wear. It is also not opaque and would therefore fulfill the 'blinding' function perfectly.

      Very comfortable and secure.
      Bottom line
Perfect beginners' kit to make everyone happy!

    1. Ideal for first-time bondage

Reviewed: July 20, 2015 by EB92, a Straight Going Steady Female

My OH had an expressed a wish to tie me up when discussing things we'd like to try in the bedroom, so I bought this as a little wrap up for his birthday.

Having never dabbled with bondage before, we were both a little nervous, but the set is really simple to use and after a few giggles we really got into it.

I recommend attaching the Velcro cuffs to your wrists and ankles first so you can figure out how tight or loose you want tying up. The ties initially came loose from the bed posts, but after a couple of tries they stayed on really well. I was pretty dubious of the blindfold, but not knowing where my OH was heading next was actually really exciting, and he thought it was a real turn-on watching me wriggle about in pleasure and keep trying to grab hold of him.

The cuffs and blindfold are made of soft fabric, which I personally think is perfect so you don't hurt yourself whilst moving about, but are strong enough to not come loose or unfasten.

Overall, I think this is a wonderful starting point to experiment with bondage if you're just looking to spice things up a little!

    2. Overall Rating:

The softness of the fabric and added excitement.
      Bottom line
A great experience time and time again.

    1. Buy it

I have been into bondage for as long as I can remember. I have never yet found a partner to properly explore this with, but, coupled with my sudden discovery of feminism a few years ago, I realised the key to all of this stuff is proper communication.

Long story short, I'm dating a much younger guy than me. I opened up about wanting to do more things like bondage and he was baffled, but willing to experiment. So I saw this set on offer and directed him to the page to watch the video and read the reviews and he admitted that it sounded lovely.

It arrived quickly and discreetly, as always, and we opened it together, read the little leaflet and tried it out a little on each other. I felt super excited, because I'd wanted to try this out with someone for such a long time, but more exciting was that he was super excited, too!

We tested it out in a no sex situation, so that there was no pressure, but we did end up kissing a bit and later on we ended up definitely using them in a sex situation. It was great. Really, really great.

The cuffs are all the same, soft, comfortable and quick and easy to put on your partner. Once they're on, you could tie them to each other or to something else. I couldn't escape while tied to the bed, but the second I finally agreed to be released, he just un-velcroed me in seconds, with the cuffs remaining attached to the bed (for now!), so I think it's pretty good for people new to this whole thing.

I'd say these ease the transition into kink, and, as I don't want my partner to do anything he doesn't want to do or feel comfortable doing, I was so pleased to be able to explore this kink with him, using something that wasn't scary or awkward for him. I think I'd even enjoy using these on him, if he'll let me.

Next though, I need to work on introducing the idea of gags!

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10
The fact that there are 4 and that they are very comfortable.
      Bottom line
A really lovely set for fun with your partner.

    1. Good for beginners

This was a first purchase into the world of bondage and it was great.

The hand and leg restraints are Velcro and very comfortable. This is great for beginners as there is no fear of being trapped by being completely bound. The restraints are easily undone, but offer good support, so they are the perfect tightness.

The blindfold is a lovely feel, very silky, and it is a great sensation not knowing what is coming. I've found, if you like, it can double up as a mouth gag.

If you're interested in bondage then this is a great starting point. I would recommend this before trying rope as these are not nearly as restrictive.

However, these probably aren't the best for more experienced as my OH and I have used them so much they have ripped!

      10 out of 10
      Bottom line
      Perfect for beginners.

    1. Sensational, heightened feelings

Reviewed: June 1, 2015 by OohLaLaEm, a Bisexual Going Steady Female

For a beginner into bondage, me and my girlfriend were keen to buy a set of handcuffs and a blindfold.

We thought it would be good to start with something not scary and threatening to the eye as it was a brand new experience. In the video it looked great, so we had to get this one.

When it arrived I couldn't wait to test it out. Alone on the night it arrived, I attempted to tie my wrist up myself. Not the easiest thing to do. However, I managed to awkwardly do up the Velcro, and I could already feel how strong it was going to be.

The first time me and my partner used the kit it was amazing. The silky, sexy black blindfold was place over her innocent eyes, and then I laid her head back down onto the bed.

We both loved the feeling of the blindfold, it was so soft and fitted perfectly round her head due to the slight curved shape. Also, she made me aware she could not see a thing and was very comfortable!

Next, the handcuffs. They were, too, very soft. The same material as the blindfold. We are both very petite women, with small wrists, so placing the cuffs round, there was a lot of excess material. However, it still Velcroed together fine.

If I was to change one thing, it would be to have more Velcro, so the smaller users can feel extra secure, but it wasn't too bad.

I tied her hands together and placed them above her head. She, again, commented on how comfy they were! The experience from then was incredible. Feeling every sense in her body, she moaned and groaned, without being able to move to her normal capacity.

At one point she moved her tied hands to be round my neck, while I was on top of her, so the intimacy was strong.

For the first time we didn't use the ankle cuffs, but it became clear that it was very fun and we trusted each other fully. You just have to try these.

Switching roles, I felt exactly the same. The feeling of being dominated by her was intense. I felt every tickle, touch, kiss, lick, to the maximum intensity like never before. The softness of the cuffs didn't make me nervous one bit. Definitely a beginners kit.

The ties tie to pretty much any furniture and themselves. There was one point where I didn't tie hard enough, and it worked itself loose, but it was fine.

Lastly, I have got to mention that the little leaflet inside was very helpful. It made us think about what we could do before we did it and of course let us know the safety precautions!

Softness, blindfold was dark, strong, looks sexy.
      Velcro length (around wrists).
      Bottom line
Incredible. Opened up a world of possibilities!
