I dare you to try this

Thanks to Lovehoney's speedy and discreet delivery, I was so excited to try it.
The packaging is neat and it comes with a sheer storage pouch (which is a plus!). On both bottles, there are easy to follow instructions and a little goes a long way.
Dare to be Bare's shave cream smells gorgeous. Not too overpowering and it does soften the skin on the area you wish to shave. One thing I notice about using the shave cream is after putting it on the designated area, it can become slippery while shaving, so be extra when shaving your intimate area.
The miracle oil is truly a miracle because it keeps the shaved area bumps and rash free. Just need 3 or 4 drops on the shaved area and rub it in. As everyone has mentioned, the smell from the oil is overpowering, but it does go away after rubbing it in.
My experience with this wonderful combo has been amazing! My hubby couldn't keep his hands off me and he says I smell lovely. I don't mainly use it on my lady garden. I use it for my legs and underarms.
- Everything! Mainly how it works on my skin.
- Miracle oil's overpowering smell.
- Bottom line
- I dare every lady to try this amazing combo!

Both products are great

I have always just used soap to shave until I saw this and thought I would give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised how good it felt. The shave cream is easily dispensed from the pump action bottle and leaves your skin soft and silky.
Then the oil - although the overriding smell is of tea tree, which is quite strong - it goes away pretty quickly. With just a few drops from the pipette massaged into the shaven area it soothes the skin and leaves it also feeling silky soft. No irritation the next day or two (reapply the next day) and no ingrowing hairs or red bumps. Lives up to it's name "Miracle Oil" - Brilliant.
- Does what it says - well.
- Nothing to dislike.
- Bottom line
- Does what it says - very well - and leaves skin soft and silky.

Nice but not quite right
Reviewed: March 24, 2011 by littlepixi, a Straight Engaged Female
I ordered these as a last ditch attempt to sort out my red lumps and bumps I get after waxing and shaving.
I suffer really badly with ingrown hairs and irritation on my bikini line. I also suffer from dry skin on my legs. So when saw the description I thought the soothing qualities could be the answer.
When I saw this had a pump top I thought great! Because there's nothing worse that trying to squeeze something out of a bottle when you're all wet and slippery. But after using this I realised that this is definitely a bath product and as a strict shower girly I found that I would put the cream on and the steam or water would make it just slide off or stick in patches. The cream is also very thick so it clogged up me razor, not an easy thing to clear in the shower but I can picture a quick splash in the bath would clear it instantly. The result unfortunately wasn't great. I had patches where for some reason the hair had just not been cut, which is not something I usually experience when I just shave with water. Though on the upside, beside a few prickles, my legs did feel smoother.
I have never used a product like this before. I usually use a massage oil or moisturiser, which can sometimes bring me out in a rash. This hasn't but it also hasn't kept my troublesome red lumps away! But when I use it after a wax or a shave it's great, it keeps my skin smooth and reduces the redness, the problem is when I stop using it or forget to put it on, then it comes back making me very uncomfortable. I would use it everyday (as suggested on the bottle) if the bottle was bigger and I didn't have the worry of using it up quickly. I personally would be more happy to pay a higher price for a much bigger bottle rather than having to keep buying a small bottle every 2 weeks.
- The feel of the oil just after you put it on.
- The thickness of the shaving cream and the red bumps I still have!
- Bottom line
- The oil's great for soothing but doesn't get rid of the bumps.
