A real eye opener!
Reviewed: July 18, 2009 by dengru, a Bisexual Engaged Male
I bought this out of curiosity really.
Wow! What an eye-opener! But it is a selfish bit of equipment - you need time on your own, at least an hour or so, and it's not something you just pick up quick. It's something to work at and learn but when you do manage to get it right, it's a completely different experience to any other penile orgasm you'll have.
- The end result.
- The time it takes (worth it though).
- Bottom line
- Amazing end result, takes patience.

I bought this after trying the Rude Boy (which didn't work.) My expectations were not high.
When it arrived I was surprised at how small it was, compared to the Rude Boy, but relieved as the Rude Boy had been a little uncomfortable.
I used it for the first time when I had an hour to myself - what an hour!
I used Wet Light to lube myself and the Helix and inserted it. Insertion was easy and painless, I felt no discomfort.
After insertion I followed the instructions, but only waited a few minutes as I felt no discomfort. I then began to tense my pc muscles. Every clench felt great and I was really getting into it, but not actually trying to orgasm.
Then it hit me; a full body orgasm. I was panting, shuddering and sweating like a pig.
I couldn't believe it, I didn't even have an erection.
I used it the next day, but found it a little harder to orgasm this time. I used different lube and maybe I was trying too hard.
Later on, whilst driving to work, I tensed my pc muscles and I actually came without it inserted. I nearly lost control of the car, I was not prepared for that.
My advice is every man should own one of these. be he straight, gay or whatever.
If you decide to go for it, my advice is to relax, be patient and don't try to force the orgasm. It's not like a penile orgasm, just enjoy the sensations and it will happen.
I will definitely be buying the Progasm or Eupho in the future, or maybe the Peridise so that my wife can join the fun.
PLEASE believe me i swear this is not a bullshit review if you want super multiple orgasms buy this NOW
- That it works so well, is so comfortable and looks nice too
- The P-tab could be a little bigger and a bit more grippy
- Bottom line
- The best sex toy a man can buy and cheaper than most

I wasn't sure how I would take to this, but received it today & couldn't wait to give it a go.
Firstly, it did feel very uncomfortable inserted & gave me spasms & feelings like I needed to go to "number 2s & number 1s" at the same time. I waited 15 mins like it said then started gripping it.
It felt good, very invasive, but didn't do an awful lot in the position they suggested.
I then laid on my side with both legs straight & together and wow! I immediately experienced a very very strong but weird orgasm.. like I was cumming but nothing came out, very intense but weird!
I found if I moved my body as if I was making love, I then had another 2 "dry" orgasms" in a row. What an ace feeling, multiple orgasms on demand!
But after the 2nd I felt kind of unsatisfied, I guess it's because I am not used to cumming without ejaculating. So at this point I gently started to rub my penis & thrust my thighs ... within about 30 secs I had the best orgasm I have ever had & ejaculated about 3 times what I normally do.
After recovering I spent an uncomfortable 10 mins on the toilet & my anus still feels "twitchy" & uncomfortable an hour later.
I will definitely be back for more! I can see that once my body is used to it, this is going to allow me to achieve nirvana!
- Most intense orgasm ever & multiple "dry" orgasms.
- Invasive and does give a lot of discomfort to start and after use, but definitely worth it!
- Bottom line
- Best sex aid I've ever had, why didn't I get one years ago!

A great introduction

Clean up is easy with anti-bacterial soap and water.
I have just recently started anal play and prostate massage. I always considered it unmanly and submissive to explore or excite this area of my body.
I have not yet discovered how to wear it for extended periods of time. It really isn't a butt plug. But, i haven't owned it for more than two months. I am not comfortable wearing it while sitting in a chair. The extended tail gets in the way.
If you are a beginner, you will need to apply a water based lubricant and lay on your side. You will also need to relax. This is the hard part. After about 15 minutes, you will probably be able to slowly and very carefully insert the aneros helix. Work with your body on this. It may take more than two or three attempts.
If you are careful, you will not be sore or uncomfortable afterwards or the next day. In fact, you will want to keep working and practicing with it the next day. What's great about all the aneros massagers is that there is a tail which takes the fear out of the device not being able to be removed from your rear.
It can be used while standing or kneeling. To me, those are the best positions for using it.
It is ideal to wear if you are a top, while having sex with either a woman or another man who is being "bottomed"
The helix changed my mind about that.
This device can be used in the shower. It needs no batteries and your muscles do the work of stimulating the prostate gland.
- This is a great beginner prostate massager.
- It is expensive, but honestly worth the investment.
- Bottom line
- This is a great design and the best for guys who are exploring prostate massage and anal play.

Nice Sensations, Fits very nicely
Reviewed: September 11, 2014 by flick_the_switch, a Straight Engaged Male
This is my second Aneros Prostate Massager purchase. My first had been the Eupho Classic, which I found a little on the small side, even though I'm pretty new to prostate massage and anal play.
I was really pleased with this product. It's nicely packaged, robust/nicely made, comes with clear instructions on how to insert and remove the product without causing any discomfort, as well as how to clean it.
It's easy to lube, easy to insert and remove, it fits snugly, stays in, and is easy to clean.
The handle makes it easy to insert, and helps you remember which way to insert it, as the upward circle is always supposed to press against the perineum and stimulate it slightly.
It has a slightly more bulbous head than the Eupho Classic, and this made a much bigger difference in massaging my prostate, and making that area feel fuller.
It's built to stay in once inserted, so you don't have to worry about it slipping out.
To use the massager, you do not manually move it in and out, rather having generously lubed and inserted the product (read the instructions on how to do this, and I recommend using one of the plunger/ syringe lube applicators), rather you practice slowly tightening the anal muscles and relaxing them along with the perineum/pelvic floor area. It helps if you have time to relax, and also if you breath in slowly as you tighten, and out slowly as you relax.
I have experimented with this for a while now, I haven't managed to have an orgasm without touching my penis yet as others have claimed, but I certainly didn't have to masturbate much to get to orgasm level, and if you take your time, you will also feel amazing internal prostate orgasms building with your ejaculation.
Also if you don't touch your cock just before the orgasm, and you pull hard on your perineum and anal muscles, you can have amazing 'dry' orgasms, where you have the full experience of cumming without ejaculation (or you'll have pre cum, but be ready to keep going soon after). This takes practice of course.
One of the best combined orgasms was when I inserted the massager then got in the bath, lying slightly to one side and gently stroking while I practised the muscles techniques and breathing, closing my eyes and focussing on the sensations and controlling the orgasm to not cum too soon and to have a couple of 'dry' ones before the full climax! And it certainly was!)
Like a lot of products, if you use it as directed and take your time, you'll get results. This was much better than the Eupho Classic in my opinion, and I'd say if you were a beginner like me who was worried about not having something to big up there, then go for this Helix instead as it's much more effective and beginner friendly.
If you're into feeling really full though and are used to big objects inside you, you may be disappointed, but then again, this may be a good tool for helping you strengthen your muscles and learn once more to grip and tighten to get prostate orgasms.
As for cleaning, it took me about 3 minutes to clean this in warm water with antibacterial soap, and it can be immediately wiped and dried then put away in it's box.
The only gripe I have is that Aneros over charge a little for their products in my opinion (it is just a little piece of plastic over all), but, they are built to last and this is a good, well designed product.
- Nice fit, easy to clean, explosive orgasms, stays inside, nice packaging, easy to fit in.
- A little expensive for its size, could have had a little more girth lower down.
- Bottom line
- A great beginner-friendly prostate massager which with practice will give brilliant orgasms!
