While it’s true that romantic and gift-centric holidays like Valentine’s Day and Christmas are the bread and butter of the pleasure product industry, the values Lovehoney celebrates go far beyond buttered toast. What excites you about working in the pleasure industry or at Lovehoney?

I like going to work each day to sell products I believe in; I love reading customer reviews and seeing how our products can change people's relationships and even lives for the better! (Plus, the staff box is pretty well stocked). I'm also excited to be part of our LGBTQ+ network and working to make our products and site even more inclusive for everyone.

What’s your secret superpower?

Lovehoney related: knowing exactly how much boob Google will allow us to show.

Not Lovehoney related: being able to quote the entire Twilight film from memory. Depressing, but a true skill.

What excites you about working in the pleasure industry or at Lovehoney?

I never thought working in the pleasure industry was something I could actually do. When I wanted to change careers, I thought to myself, “Working for a sex toy company is the dream!” Less than a year later, I’m here! I am proud of myself for turning what I thought was an impossible career switch, to the most exciting and rewarding job I may ever have.

What’s your secret superpower?

My secret superpower is that I can easily tell the difference between the most popular brands of peanut butter. I am a peanut butter expert—and Reduced Fat Jif is the best.

What’s your favorite sex toy or Lovehoney product?

I love both my We-Vibe Nova 2 and the Lovehoney Tentacle Glass Dildo. The app allows the Nova 2 to do so much and I love being able to control both motors, and the tentacle dildo is just so pretty. I couldn’t choose!

What excites you about working in the pleasure industry or at Lovehoney?

The fact that you can say ‘excite’, ‘work’ and ‘pleasure’ in the same sentence. For us, it is not just about building recognition for a new brand in the North American market. It is also about the purpose. We are working as much towards creating awareness around owning our bodies and what gives them pleasure. To address the taboos and help people overcome them. To learn a bit ourselves and have some fun along the way. My part is to put together marketing plans and campaigns that are empowering and relatable to our audience, and I feel like an integral part of a movement that’s bringing a much-needed refreshing change.

What’s your secret superpower?

People find it comforting to confide in me and I validate them in return by keeping their secrets.

I believe sexual wellness is an important part of overall health and wellbeing. I am proud to be doing something (and working for a company) that has such a positive impact on health and happiness for all.

What’s your secret superpower?

I was recently diagnosed with ADD. While the condition can make some tasks more challenging, it also grants me the ability to hyper-focus and multitask, which I'd consider a superpower!

I can make friends pretty much any place, any time, or any situation.

I love being able to empower others to live their best sex lives; it’s truly a blessing to work in a field that I enjoy and that I believe makes a difference. I’m also grateful to be a member of the Lovehoney team, collaborating with like-minded individuals who care about inclusivity and destigmatizing the pursuit of pleasure.

What’s your secret superpower?

Finding the weirdest home decor items in existence. My horse lamp, Clyde, is the pride and joy of my home!

What’s your favorite sex toy or Lovehoney product?

The We-Vibe Chorus! While I’m new to the pleasure industry, my favorite part (so far!) is that we’re working together to open the lines of communication around sexual happiness – which is such an integral part of the human experience!

What’s your secret superpower?

Not gonna lie – I had to phone a friend to ask what my secret superpower is. She told me that I “bring humaneness to a world where it feels lost.” And also that I “get shit done.”

What’s your favorite sex toy or Lovehoney product?

You know I have a million faves being on the Lovehoney team, but I’ll narrow it down to my top two. One of my most-used products is the Womanizer Starlet 3. What excites you about working in the pleasure industry or at Lovehoney?

It's hard to imagine working in another industry because of the people I get to work with. The pleasure industry often attracts independent thinkers and people who are not deterred by the stigma and shame our culture attaches to sexuality. It is also so meaningful to help people unpack their baggage around their sexuality and support them in bringing more pleasure into their life. I love my job!

What’s your secret superpower?

I have an uncanny ability to make a meal out of nothing. I love food and I love to cook. In college, I always managed to put together meals when we seemingly had NOTHING to eat. While my cupboards are rarely bare these days, I do love the challenge of whipping up a meal with the strange end of week ingredients and wowing everyone in my house with my superpower.

What’s your favorite sex toy or Lovehoney product?

I love versatile toys that can do lots of things and be used on all bodies. My current go-to is the Mantric Rechargeable Clitoral Vibrator. I randomly have an incredible sense of direction. I can go somewhere new and figure out how to get around almost immediately, which really comes in handy for traveling!

Excel. You wouldn’t think it from my title – but Excel solutions can be really creative...
