Great cuffs, durable but still really comfortable.

Easy Velcro fastening made it so quick and easy to get strapped up in the spur of the moment.

Held in place without cutting or rubbing, unlike some leather ones.

Great to use and last really, really well.

I have arthritis in my joints, and have had a pair of these cuffs for about a year now, they have never caused me problems, soft and comfortable they are great for me, and the velcro fastening means quick release incase of any other problems... or interuption.... brilliant!

    1. Comfy cuffs

Reviewed: September 5, 2009 by titania, a Straight Married Female

These cuffs consist of two neoprene lined Velcro straps which can be clipped together with a metal fastening or clipped/tied to, well, whatever you like really! When the cuffs are clipped together there is a gap of a few inches between the wrists.

I find these cuffs very comfortable (much more so than rope, in my opinion) and they can be put on and taken off quickly and easily. They are secure in the sense that you cannot pull out of them. However, its possible to escape from them if necessary as the wearer can undo the Velcro fastenings. For me this is essential, although I appreciate that it might put others off.

    1. Cool cuffs

Reviewed: August 28, 2009 by Horny Pony

These cuffs look good on - very sexy, but perhaps I just like my victims cuffed! They also seem nice and sturdy and I think they will last a long time.

Personally I prefer my victim not to be able to escape until I let them but the velcro nature of these mean that they are very safe and easy to escape from if you need to. I did get around this by making sure the cuffs were good and tight around Mr HP's wrists and cuffing him spread-eagle to the bed though! Due to their design, they remained very comfortable for the duration of his torture!

The cuffs are big enough to use on ankles as well as wrists which is a plus.

A big improvement on our amateur knotting attempts!

      Pros
      Good looking, comfortable.
      Cons
Easy for the victim to escape - this could also be seen as a pro.
      Bottom line
      Great cuffs.

    1. Not really worth the price

Reviewed: August 27, 2009 by youwish

The cuffs are comfortable (made from neoprene I think) and easy to strap on and remove. They are pretty robust when fastened up properly and can easily be fitted around a woman's ankles, wrists, or above the elbows.

For those buying these, please keep in mind it will usually be possible for whoever is wearing them to get out of them on their own (eventually anyway). We've found that escape is viable from these regardless of how the captive is restrained (spread-eagle, hogtied etc.) - it's just the nature of Velcro. So long as you don't mind this (escape can be quite a struggle from some positions!) then they do the job.

Some of the stitching could do with being more robust. In simply undoing one with a normal yank on the Velcro (the 2nd time we used them) we accidentally pulled some of the stitching loose on one of the cuffs. Given they all look similar I don't expect these will last very long without some repair work to reattach the Velcro to the neoprene when it comes loose.

The pull-back clip that comes with them does the job but can be pretty fiddly. This is especially true when the lights are out and/or the cuts are taught. You might want to replace it with a carabiner clip. If you want the cuffs to stay locked together, I advise you just do away with a clip altogether and interlock the two keyring bits.

Due to the thickness of the neoprene, when a cuff is secured on you it can feel strange. Specifically I refer to where the end of the cuff (or start, depending how you think of it) rests against your skin and the rest of the cuff loops over it. It would be nice if they tapered the end/start a bit so it felt like one snug cylinder rather than a cylinder with a ridge inside.

All in all these do the job but I really don't think they are worth the £19.99 we paid. For a start there just isn't enough to them to justify that price and the quality could do with some improvement.

      5 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Generally comfortable, will easily fit ankles and wrists.
      Cons
Very expensive for what they are. Could do with some rugged-ising.
      Bottom line
They do the job, but for a heavy price.
