    1. The most slippery lube

Reviewed: October 25, 2013 by StHubbins, a Straight Married Male

We use lube quite a bit and have used the Maximus water-based anal lube and the Pjur Back Door Relaxing Anal Glide silicone lube for anal play and also the Lovehoney flavoured lubes for oral and manual use.

This promises to be a lube for everything and I was interested to see if it could be the only lube we need. It also has no nasty ingredients at all and has a CE quality mark, so has been properly tested. It has a flip top lid which is easy to use one-handed, but there was some lube on the outside and I wouldn't be certain that there wouldn't be a small amount of leakage and so we keep this away from items that the silicone could damage.

This is the most slippery lube we've tried, even compared to other silicone lubes. It's so slippery that I dropped the bottle when I had it on my hands. The other big benefit of the silicone lubes over water-based ones is that they last a long time and so there's no need to reapply. When you need to remove the lube it is easy to clean-up with soap and water.

Another advantage is that a little goes a long way and this bottle will last a long time.

The big disadvantage of silicone lubes is that you can't use toys and should use water-based lubes with these.

What could be a disadvantage is that this is thinner than water-based lube and so has less of a "cushioning" effect for anal sex. Personally, I think this is psychological and is more than made up for by the extra slide.

We've never used a silicone lube for manual and oral sex before because we weren't sure it was safe, but with all the safety advice on this we gave it a go. It does work very well and has absolutely no taste. This could be a good thing or a bad thing. If you like flavoured lubes, then this won't replace them, but if you'd prefer no flavour at all then this hits the spot.

We haven't needed a lube for vaginal sex, but I'm sure this would work very well for this as well.

Overall this is a very slippery, flavourless, all-round lube that would be equally good for vaginal, anal and oral sex.

    1. Give Lube Silicone+ Lubricant gives you more

Reviewed: October 14, 2013 by Cara Sutra, a Bisexual Engaged Female

I can only imagine that this lube from Give Lube is called Silicone+ as it gives you so much more than merely being another bog standard silicone lube.

Whilst the water-based variety is fantastic for all round lube-ilicious pleasure including masturbation, sex and sex toy use, the silicone+ lube brings you and a partner together in ways you won’t have previously experienced.

Silicone lubricant is fantastic for extra special handjobs, masturbation (either alone or as part of foreplay), couples sex or especially anal sex.

The difference with Give Lube’s Silicone+ Lube is that you are guaranteed a safe as well as enjoyable experience each time. Silicone+ Lube is CE marked, dermatologically tested (no irritations or rashes), safe to use with latex condoms, oil and preservative free and unscented too.

It’s the purest way to enjoy silicone lubricant!

Being flavourless and odourless means that you could use it and then move into oral sex without having to stop for a wipe-down break. Haven’t tried it this way as I generally prefer to suck first or have them lick first as part of foreplay before moving to a stage where I’d add lubricant. But it’s a good addition to know.

I also like the fact that it comes in two sizes of bottle. 100ml to keep by the bed and a handy 30ml size which is great for travel bags, handbag, in the car, to grab for a quick play…

…as well as having a one-handed-action flip top lid so no more frustrating moments trying to unscrew a cap, especially on a bottle of the slippiest lube around!

Ingredients and details are given on the bottle for your information and reassurance.

It's at a great price too. Give Lube have provided yet another brilliant pleasure product that benefits all, regardless of gender, relationship status or sexuality.

    2. Overall Rating
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Clear, very slippery, long lasting and body-safe.
      Cons
      Nothing to dislike!
      Bottom line
The best silicone lubricant for your every sexual need.

    1. Great price for silicone

Reviewed: November 8, 2013 by mylastserenade, a Straight Going Steady Female

After trying ID Millennium lube I new I would have to try more silicone lube! However I admit ID Millennium lube can be a little pricey.

If you're unsure if silicone is worth the extra little bit of money I assure you it is!

I would definitely recommend this lube. If you want one brilliant all-round lube in your toy box then this is definitely the one for you! For your money you get a lot, and compared to other silicone based lubes this one is such a bargain!

I've tried vaginal, and anal sex with this, and can assure you it's great! It stays put for ages, and never needed to top up.

It took me a while to get into anal sex, and tried toys, and other lubes. However using this lube I feel so much more relaxed about it. Using silicone based lube helps me feel so much more at ease, as I know you can't get a better lube. While I recommend this for all types of sex, for those of you thinking trying anal I would hugely recommend this lube!

The bottle is a great size so lasts ages!

    1. Lasts forever

Reviewed: October 16, 2013 by SubReiSkyeM, a Bisexual Going Steady Female

I was sent this lubricant by Give Lube around a year ago in exchange for my honest review. I love the bottle design - the black and silver works well and getting the lube out isn't a struggle. That's one of my pet peeves, by the way; if I can't get lube out when I need it then I never buy a brand again, even if I like it otherwise.

This lube contains three ingredients and all are just variants of silicone. Perhaps that's where they got the name from? In either case, it has no glycerine or parabens so anyone sensitive to those can use Silicone+ without worries! The texture and feel of this lube is like oil because it is slippery and warms up to body temperature relatively quickly. It's also easy to wash off skin if you use small amounts.

During vaginal penetration, this lube was a bit weird. It gave both me and my partner a light burning sensation, which ranged from weird to quite uncomfortable during the same sex session. It actually felt painful to me at one point and that worried me. My partner also mentioned that it felt like he was wearing a condom while he was having sex with me, which he wasn't keen on.

However, during any type of anal play, this lube seemed to go above and beyond; it was slick and fantastic, with none of the issues mentioned above. We tried it with both of us just to make sure and neither of us minded it at all. In fact, we quite liked it! I'm not sure if it's just because I'm sensitive to pain in my vagina or not.

We only use this for anal now but it's wonderful for it. I don't really understand why it felt weird during vaginal sex but perhaps other people won't find the same issues as we did. It's great in every other way so it's definitely worth a try!

      Pros
Fantastic for anal - really smooth and warms up nicely!
      Cons
Sometimes felt a tingle/burn sensation in my vagina when using.
      Bottom line
Pretty damn good for some things, not so for others.
