TensCare iTouch Sure Pelvic Floor Exerciser with Electrical Pulses
Does the job with an interesting side effect
Reviewed: May 18, 2017 by Aphrodite2011, a Straight Going Steady Female
I have had the TensCare Sure Pelvic floor exerciser for almost a month now. I might as well get straight to the point.. For me this works I mean it REALLY works and I didn't expect it to. I have had some embarrassing problems.
I would get a very strong and urgent feeling of needing to empty my bladder caused by having a very sensitive bladder. I am not young or old, but I don't think these are problems I should be facing in my late 50s even if I have had two children.
I use this every day, 40 minutes on the "urge" setting. I just make time or the problem returns sadly. There is also a "tone" setting, which is great and helps me to keep heavy small Kegels in for longer, which is great and great for a better sex life. There is also a "stress" setting, which is very popular.
If you are reading this and have a strong bladder and great intercourse move on as it will not help you. If you have weak bladder muscles, put this in your basket it will help a lot and sex will feel better. If I have used the urge setting for 40 minutes in the last 24 hours I will easily half how many times I need to go to the loo.
Two AA batteries were with it and they lasted nearly three weeks. I find that this product works best lying on my back, and water-based lube (I use liquid silk) is essential because of the electronic contacts.
Sadly you can not use this if you are pregnant or have an allergy to nickel or have had cancer in the pelvic floor area.
- Life changing, non-gimmicky pelvic floor exerciser. I wish I had bought one sooner.
- The wires seem flimsy so be careful. Keeping my fingers crossed they don't break.
- Bottom line
- The best product I have ever had. It is an essential item.

A pelvic floor exerciser that really works
Reviewed: July 15, 2016 by Sasparella, a Straight Engaged Female
With some self-diagnosis after wetting myself (not just a couple of drops either) on my niece's trampoline, I decided I needed to do something about my incontinence. To begin with, I wasn’t convinced that the Itouch Sure would do any good as it seemed like an easy cop out, compared to the effort of doing 3-6 lots of pelvic floor exercises a day (which I can’t believe anyone actually does).
However, for three weeks, when the kids have been put to bed, I’ve relaxed on the sofa while watching my favourite soap opera and used my Itouch so it doesn't intrude on my life. After three weeks of use, I was amazed at how much difference it actually made and to my delighted surprise, penetrative sex is indeed better as well – bonus. In fact, I felt quite proud of myself when I gave my partner a squeeze and he said ‘wow – do it again’.
It comes with a good quality purple pouch which is great for handy, discreet storage. My only complaint is that I would have liked it to have had a clip on it so that you could attach the control unit to your belt while you walk around, although the wire is long enough so that you can slip it in a pocket.
The probe fits comfortably inside and doesn’t feel like it will fall out while you potter about, although I wouldn’t try doing any squats. It can be used for urge incontinence or stress incontinence or even for both at the same time, which is the one I normally opt for. There is also a setting for ‘tone’ which is for when you’re at your desired level and just want to keep up the good work (or for those who don’t have incontinence and just want to improve their orgasms and sex life).
Don’t worry about whether or not it will hurt as when you turn it on, it starts on the lowest setting which you can’t even feel and as you turn it up, the intensity of the electrical stimulation increases gradually. Once you are at the level you want to be at, you can lock it so that you don’t have to be worried about increasing the stimulation accidentally. The great thing about this machine is that even if you put absolutely no effort in, you can still feel your muscles working with each electrical stimulation from the machine.
After about 3 weeks of use I stopped wetting myself except when a cough or sneeze really took me by surprise but I haven’t dared to get back on a trampoline yet! I have now cut down to using the machine 3 times a week and my strength is still building, although a little more gradually than before and it says in the leaflet that once you have achieved the desired results, you should use it twice a week.
I think any woman would really benefit from using the Itouch Sure and in fact for some women, this is probably a life-transforming bit of kit that easily deserves five stars.
- It really works and doesn't take much effort to achieve great results.
- It doesn't have a clip so that I can attach it to my belt.
- Bottom line
- Potentially life transforming.

Fantastic on all levels
Reviewed: May 11, 2016 by Daisy Falls, a Straight Married Female
I wanted to buy this from Lovehoney, but they were out of stock so I purchased this elsewhere. I do, however, want to let everyone know how great an investment this was.
The unit came with detailed instructions and a little discreet make-up type bag.
The probe is very easy to insert and stays in place whilst you have your work-out, which can be tailored to your needs. I did purchase this unit to improve my pelvic floor and to work on the start of stress incontinence after two vaginal births. I therefore chose the "stress" programme.
There are also "urge", "mixed" and tone" programmes (Stress is the most full-on experience, Tone and Urge are a bit tingly. I tried mixed but missed stress as I love the "clench")
It works. Within a week the results are amazing. Do not be put off by using a vaginal probe, do not be put off by the thought of electrics in your vagina. The benefits are utterly amazing.... But do use water or lube to ensure the contacts are made. If you feel a hot tingle, your vagina isn't connecting to the current properly so use more lube (water-based).
The medical side:
I have been using the device on the highest setting for 30 mins 2-3 times per day. I enjoy using it and will find any excuse. The unit does beep when it finishes but you can hide this away from curious eyes, no problem. I find the best effects are laying on my back or on all fours. I can now sneeze without crossing my legs. Hooray! I never thought this would be possible.
The other side:
Oh my god. My muscles are getting stronger every day and the orgasms I am having are like those before I had kids. Using the machine isn't arousing in itself, but when my muscles have been clenching in and out for 30 minutes my vagina is so lonely when the probe comes out I have to either immediately demand sex from my partner or turn to Derek (the dildo) or my jiggle balls. My husband is shocked at my appetite, all thanks to the TENS, and is now complaining of sore balls (I am secretly ecstatic about this, make me feel like a sex goddess).
Plea to Lovehoney:
I have also purchased an additional, deeper penetrating probe with contacts 360o around the probe, which allows me to deepen the workout and also gives an all-round muscle work-out. As I get stronger I want to use thinner probes to increase my ability to grip and I would love for Lovehoney to think about supplying these.
- It really really works.
- The probe "stoppers" can be a little uncomfortable.
- Bottom line
- Get one, just get one.
