All in a Tether

When I found out I was being sent this to review, I was all excited. There is something about rope.
Well, no it's about being tied up tied down, restrained, being at some ones mercy, that gives you goose bumps.
So, yes, as you can imagine I wanted to give a good review on the Silky red rope, but to do that, it needed to be put to the test, never mind the one being tied up/down, which happened to be my BF.
Well he was not complaining, though I was a bit "hmm what do I do here" when I had the bundle of ten meter rope between my hands.
First of I did not find it abrasive, meaning it did not graze or mark the skin, when my victim, cough, I mean partner was being tied to the bed.
Unlike some other ropes out there on the market, the Bondage Rope I found to do just the job. I am no expert, mind you, I am not into rigging or suspension, but certainly I am into experimentation, knowing what my other half likes and does not like.
The rope has a very silky soft feel too it, adds some sensuality to the experience. It's not harsh or unforgiving, but actually compliments you and your skin, and what you're wanting to do.
Ten meters of rope is a lot, and I admit I had more than enough to do the job. My only wish was that I had a gag, just to shut my partner up, as I tussled with him to get the man in a secure position where he was not going any where.
Your going to have enough to tie up the wrists and arms. not just the legs, with plenty left over. My partner is on the skinny side. For those who are of bigger builds, your still going to have enough to be tied up, be it to a bed, chair, or any vertical and horizontal surface for that matter.
The rope is easy to use because of how pliable it is. Plus it has the added bonus of the adjustable loops at either end. Which I believe will come even more in handy if you had other fastenings, like zip clips, close pegs etc etc.
Not exactly my cup of tea, but I know such things to float other peoples boats. For some one who is dominant and does not want to make their submissive feel threatened, the rope is smooth, and soft.
There is something about the colour red that women like. It's not just the colour of passion, but it's the colour of power and control.
It all depends if you like to be dominant or the one that is submissive.
This particular experience I was the dominant, but towards the end I was laughing, because truly tying some one up for the first time is fun.
I personally feel having some black rope to go with the red would be amazing, because black and red compliment one another.
I was a little worried that, with all my partners wiggling about etc, that his wrists would become grazed, or sore, but my fears were ill founded and everything worked out well enough.
I admit it was a turn on to be the one doing the tying down, but I also comprehend I need to learn some things about rope. I know some people who are `riggers` in the dom/sub way of being, and they make it look to exotic and beautiful with all the designs they do with the ones they are tying up or working with etc.
Soft, strong and very very long. Pliable and skin-friendly, nothing harsh or overly authoritative about the rope, which I liked. I am not one for metal or plastic restraints.
Women will like this for these very reasons, but so will the guys.
My partner says he wants to tie me up, and I deserve to be punished. Oh goody goody... I enjoyed being a naughty girl, but not like I am going to tell him that, when he is working on his dominant side... Teehehehe.
I honestly do not have anything bad to say about this product, other than I was the one that had to bunch it all up and put it away after.
Add a butt paddle ad a blindfold to the mix, maybe some wax play for those who are more adventurous, and you have a great play session in the making.
Now my head is filled with all sorts of kinky ideas.
- Very soft on the skin.
- Not applicable.
- Bottom line
- Brilliant for beginners or experts.

As they say, this does exactly what it says on the tin, however, the more time you spend learning the more fun it can be.
You can create simple wrist or ankle binding up to much more technical bindings.
You can go down almost an artistic route, making your own harnesses almost to a clothing level if you have the patience.
- Endless possibilities.
- Sometimes working with a long rope is not easy.
- Bottom line
- Put in the effort and it gives the rewards.
