    1. Product Description

Said to give unbeatable results, Bathmate's Hydromax X20 penis pump gives you a water pressure fuelled pump with 35% more power, designed to help build you up to your strongest and largest erections yet.

Using water rather than air to pressurize the chamber means the Hydromax is able to exert far greater pressure than air-powered pumps, which could lead to bigger, better results. Improvements in the X20's design build on this superior system, including a new reengineered valve that allows for one-handed filling, a comfort pad that offers a better seal against the body, and a new bellows pump to enhance suction.

Like other Bathmate models, the X20 is designed for use in the bath or shower, so you can easily incorporate it into your daily routine. When following the exercise routine, just 60 days of repeated use should give amazing results, including longer, girthier erections and increased sexual confidence.

      Results may vary.

      Key Features:

      • Hydraulic penis pump for men with a pre-pump erect length of under 5.5 inches and a girth of under 4.7 inches

    1. Yes it does work

Reviewed: August 1, 2018 by XxssxX69, a Straight Married Male

I have had the Bathmate Hydromax X20 for nearly a year now, it's so good I have just decided to get the X30.

The product as always arrived very quickly and was well packed. I couldn't wait so after a quick look at the instructions I used it straight away. I use it regularly with a few days off a week.

It has improved size, erections and performance, my sex life is so much better since having this great product.

I am now going for the X30 as it should give me more girth, however, I don't regret buying this product at all. Don't think about it just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

    1. Good - But Some Issues For Me

      Reviewed: February 5, 2018 by Rod_Johnson

Firstly: this is a quality piece of kit. Feels like it will last a lifetime and spare parts seem to be easily available online, so no reason it can't be a device for life if it works for you!

Some tips for use - you need to be shaved around the seal or else it won't work! You don't need a full-on baldy, but the 2" diameter of the opening has to be clear. If you're not used to shaving lads then be careful!

I've found that using it when semi-erect results in best gains and most comfortable sessions. Some reviewers have reported getting their balls/tubes sucked up resulting in injury, so I always held on to them as I started pumping - all good for me in that department.

I've read mixed reviews of this, so I was a bit apprehensive at first, quite appropriate really as my experience has been somewhat mixed! I've only had it a week, so early days for me (the reason for the somewhat premature review will be come apparent later).

      The Good:

Firstly, for me at least, the device works. In only four or so uses I have seen an erect length increase of 3/4" and maybe 1/4" girth. Not bad in such a short period of time. Obviously I can't guarantee the results are permanent as I haven't had it long, but I have a feeling that long-term use of this would result in at least semi-permanent gains.

      Now, The Bad:

The pumping action of the bellows keeps bruising my public bone! The second time it happened I instantly thought I'd pulled a muscle, resulting in permanent damage. I removed the device mid-season, took two days off and I was okay, but long-term this will not work for me.

A minor niggle about the black button on the tip - it's fiddly to use and is the only part of the device that doesn't feel 100% quality construction. Hasn't really detracted from my use as yet though.

Also negative - I bought the shower strap as I thought it would open up new opportunities for use of the device - in three or four attempts it hasn't worked at all for me. Utter waste of time and I wouldn't at this stage recommend this accessory.

So, I'm in a conundrum - the device works but pumping it hurts me. So, I have decided to ask Lovehoney for an exchange/upgrade to the X30 Xtreme model, which features a hand bellows to pump. I'm hoping this upgraded model, and the fact I can pump by hand and don't need to drive it into my aching nether regions will mean I can keep using what appears to be an otherwise excellent device. The Xtreme is more expensive, but I think it will be worth the money. I'll make sure to review the Xtreme after a while of use so that potential buyers can understand the benefits, if I find that it's worth the extra money.

    2. Overall Rating:
      5 out of 10 stars
      Pros
      It made my Johnson bigger
      Cons
Pain from bellows when pumping, poor shower strap, fiddly black button.
      Bottom line
If you're a delicate type like me then buy the one with the bellows!

    1. Fun but not useful

Reviewed: March 21, 2016 by Joe Steel, a Bisexual Single Male

I have owned three different Bathmate models over the past four years and I have returned each one. I love the concept of the Bathmate. I think it is far better than an air pump. So if you don't like the idea of air pumps then bathmate is the way to go. Bathmate have great social media advertising and admittedly I have been drawn in by these campaigns three times.

If you follow the instructions and Lovehoney's advice by not over pumping until you're member is used to it then you will get on fine. It is a powerful device. You could probably do some damage if you're not careful. It is great fun, however,, because your penis really does grow, but this is mostly water retention from the pressure if you leave in on too long.

The reason that I have returned my Bathmate each time is because, although each model gets more comfortable, I have real problems using it in the shower. I have not had a bath at home for years and I think this is where the Bathmate would excel (Duh, 'bath' is in its name). But in the shower air inevitably gets into the chamber, no matter how hard you pump or how careful you are creating a seal or how methodical you are when using it. This would not happen in the bath because it would be submerged under the water.

The second reason I have returned the device is discomfort. I have found the with each new model comfort has improved, but it is still quite uncomfortable around the base of my penis and feels like a bruise. So I stopped using it.

The final reason I have routinely given up with it is the time you need to invest into the product. Once you get to the point where you can have a 20 minute pump without hurting yourself, you really need to keep it up everyday without fail to see any longer-lasting results. I just don't have that much time in my shower routine to do so.

    2. Overall Rating:
      5 out of 10 stars
      Pros
      Much better than air pumps.
      Cons
Does not really work in the shower.
      Bottom line
If you have a bath, not a shower, then go for it.
