    1. Great erotic story

Reviewed: March 10, 2008 by Miss Kitty, a Bisexual Married Female

As the title suggests, a mysterious stranger enters the life of a wealthy widow one dark and stormy night, in archaic dress, a bump to the head and no memory he turns her life upside down. The face of an angel, talents and intelligence beyond most men, especially in bed – he really does seem heaven sent.

But who is he? Is he really genuinely a lost young man, or a good digger? What happened to injure him? You are kept guessing all the way through their sexual adventures which I have to say really are red hot! There’s something for everyone in there. You do find out all you need to know by the end of the book, the last few chapters I just couldn’t put it down.

Surprisingly it took me a while to read this book, I had things get in the way and had to leave it for weeks at a time but when I picked it up again I was straight back into it, it is very well written, the characters are endearing and real even in the escapism of the story. They all develop well and it was a joy to read for me.

Obviously some people have different tastes but this one did it for me as it has a story, a variety of sex scenes from mild to kinky and great characters and that is what counts for me

characters, story, well written, easy reading
can't think of anything in particular
      Bottom line
I enjoyed it, Portia actually has a story to each book and I like that

    1. Boring

I really wouldn't waste your money - this isn't that hot at all. A forty something widow finds younger man with amnesia in the middle of a thunderstorm. He awakens her desires and libido, she keeps a roof over his head being as he can't remember who he is. That's about it.

Just as I thought things were finally hotting up - a two girls, one guy agree to have a threesome - the chapter ends!

If erotica for you is inferred action - great - but I've bought bodice rippers that had hotter descriptive sex than this.

      Has a very promising start.
The story is slow and unsexy, the ending rushed and anti-climatic
      Bottom line
Not worth the time and effort required to read it.
