The Optimum Series Maximum Results Penis Pump is a nice addition to the foreplay repetior. Full discretion that I do not suffer from any kind of erectile disfunction so I cannot speak too much to how it performs in that manner. Now for the details. The pump is very rigid. Definitely makes a good suction on the base of the penis with a bit of lube. The hand pump attached to the penis tube is a good quality as well and really quickly builds suction. The release valve was a little wonky. I found you had to continually press and depress to reduce suction. Other pumps I've used you can. Just press the button to reduce pressure, but this is just a minor annoyance. I was able to take myself from completely flaccid to erect in a matter of 5-10 pumps and probably less than a minute. I also ran a test on it while already erect and was able to gain right at an inch in length. When combined with a nice tight penis ring I kept that inch for an entire session of sex. All in all I really like this pump. The only thing I don't like about it is either the hose not detachable or I can't figure out how to get it off. Not that this is terrible, but some condensate builds up in the line and I just fear that this can contribute to hygienic issues, but more than likely it won't matter. I would buy this pump again to use it as I am pretty much satisfied with the results it gives.

The tube is a little on the slim side compared to other ones I have used. The rubber sleeve isn't thick enough for it to be comfortable. The plus side is the pump. It has one of the best pumps I have ever used.
