It smells like strawberry laces, works wonders for a massage and leaves your partner smelling amazing!

If you're going to use the Lovehoney Oh! Sensual Body Massager, I would recommend getting some of this before doing so as it allows for lubrication of the massager.

Not so keen on the taste of it but that wasn't the sole purpose that we bought it for.

The lovely sex toy fairy at Lovehoney sent me this Strawberry Massage Oil in exchange for an honest review, so firstly I’ll say thank you.

Like many things that happen in the bedroom, sensual massage it’s always better when it’s wet and this Lovehoney Strawberry Kissable Massage Oil is perfect for the job. It’s not gloopy, sticky or runny and though the scent is slightly artificial it still smells great. Provided you don’t jump straight in the shower when you’re done you’ll keep catching a hint of it for an hour or two.

The bottle is a lot bigger than I expected and you don’t need to use a lot of oil to get things slippery so it’ll last ages. The oil spreads really well and lingers for a while on the skin. Well, unless you lick it off, of course. It tastes rather nice too, kind of like a really mildly flavoured lip balm.

I don’t know if it’s the cap or the viscosity of the oil itself, but when my husband tipped the bottle upside down over my chest nothing came out. He squeezed ever-so-lightly and was able to make a trail from one nipple to the other, one drop at a time with no spilling or over pouring.

He dripped it across my skin in the same patterns he uses when we use hot wax and my body was expecting hot but got cool instead. That was a sexy bit of confusion I hadn’t expected to feel from something as simple as a massage oil and the tension it built inside me was surprising. The fact that this oil is lickable and kissable meant his mouth could get in on the action too, and I was one happy girl by the time it was all over.

Neither of us experienced any irritation or ill-effects on our bodies or in our mouths but I did feel a very slight discomfort when I ended up with it on my clitoris. We hadn’t intended for that to happen though so it wasn’t an issue, I just thought it worth mentioning.

This is definitely a product to add to the potions and lotions box if you’re a fan of massage, and if strawberry isn’t your cup of tea, there are other options to choose from.
