Lovehoney Plus Size Black Strappy Cut-Out Thong Teddy

Being a busty size 24 I find it tricky to find products such as these that fit and flatter the bust. Not so with this. My husband couldn't keep his hands off me and has already asked me to order another expecting it to get torn up fast. ;)

The fabric is soft, smooth yet thick and not see-through. Good for a little more confidence and makes you feel super sleek and curvaceous. Also, we love the jet black. Please make another with a touch of crimson too.

I'm a Size 18-20 and am delighted with this piece.

It's a lovely soft material with plenty of stretch.

The cut-outs are perfect for the bustier among us. It's flattering on and gives a cheeky glimpse of your bust without being too OTT. A more subtle style of sexy.

It has a thicker thong, which is preferable as it's sits where it should and doesn't disappear!

This is not a crotchless piece but easy to move to the side.

Initially I was unsure about the body as it came in a plastic sleeve with a cardboard outer sleeve, looking rather like a pair of tights. The illustration on the back of the sleeve is a good presentation of the body’s shape and style.

My uncertainty was quickly overcome when I felt the material. It’s soft and smooth, but with a gentle stretch, rather like your favourite pair of soft black leggings. The material doesn’t pull or snag easily, and remains firmly opaque when on (even if you stretch it a lot). I’m a dress size 18/20 and the body is a plus size.

I’m 5’10” tall and the body was perfect in length, no fear of the thong cutting you in half if your a taller person, but the stretch in the material means it would still fit a much shorter person. There was plenty of room in the body, it was almost too big, but not loose anywhere. It would certainly fit a larger lady or a lady with a fuller figure. I would say it would easily fit a dress size 22/24 probably even a 26.

Although the shoulder straps are thin they don’t dig in because they are not holding up cups. The cut-out details to the front show off your bust without being too revealing and the whole body kind of smoothies off your lumps and bumps to give you a smoother, more flattering shape.

The thong is really comfortable and doesn’t dig in or cut you in half. In fact, it’s really comfortable to wear. I have worn it around the house with just a pair of shorts over the top. I did, however, put a shirt over the top when we went out. Only hubby knew what I was wearing underneath.

In summary, it’s great - lovely material, comfortable to wear, would fit a much larger woman (or man) and feels very well made. I love it.

I will first admit off the bat when I removed this item from its packaging, the look and feel of it was very underwhelming. It seemed like a very basic piece of lingerie, and I didn't think it would have much appeal.

I was, however, pleasantly surprised. As it was carefully slipped on and put into place, it comes into its own. The material is incredibly soft, and smooth. and the stretch of the material allows you a slight peek at what lies below, without showing all.

The criss-cross lace offers a wonderful peek at cleavage, and makes this piece just a wonderful to look at when on.

The crotch and thong back are a lot thicker than the normal G-string type, and allow a soft feeling down there. It is a fixed piece, so no poppers or clips but easily moves to the side should you want it to.

Sizing wise, this was right on the 18/20 it suggested and was a comfortable fit. The stretch of the material will allow if you are a little under or over too.

All in all, a lovely little black number to accentuate any curves.

Ah lingerie, I love it and have a fair amount of it but I only have one other body so when I was chosen to review this one I was really excited.

It arrived in the normal discreet brown cardboard box and within this box, the body was inside a plastic packet with a cardboard insert. The cardboard featured the name and size of the product on the front alongside the Lovehoney branding and on the back was a drawing showing how the item would look on (from front and back) and care instructions. Upon opening the packet the body itself was folded around card and was easily removed.

First of all I was surprised by the material, generally, I find most lingerie to be very thin material but this is more like a swimsuit and has a glossy finish, it was smooth to touch and felt very good quality. The strappy pattern in the bust area was a nice detail and plunged between the breasts to show off your cleavage. Now for the major shock, a crotch! I’ve not had any lingerie from Lovehoney that wasn’t crotchless so this came as quite a surprise but not necessarily a disappointment. My husband loves pulling my everyday underwear to the side for oral or when we’re having a quickie, so I knew having sexy lingerie that allowed for this would definitely make him happy!

Putting it on was as easy as putting on a swimsuit and once on it was comfortable. I’m about a size 20 with 38C breasts and it fitted nicely. Having had two children everything is heading a bit south so having some additional bust support would have been nice but overall I looked and felt pretty good.

Being so comfortable I kept it on under my clothes ready for the grand reveal to my husband that evening. He liked how it looked and found that the material was thin enough to show off my nipples once he’d done some tweaking and teasing and then as I suspected he was both surprised and pleased to find the crotch intact! Pulling it to the side worked well during foreplay but there wasn’t quite enough give in the material to stay to the side for the main event so it was quickly slipped off.

Overall this is a nice item, it’s pretty plain other than the bust detail so works well for a midweek treat.
