You can wear a chastity device throughout the day, as long as you’re comfortable. It’s recommended that you remove any sort of chastity device before sleeping.

A chastity device should be easy to put on - simply slip it over your genitals, pull the padlock through the designated loop and clip it shut. If you find that your chastity device is too tight, you should size up.
