I wanted suction toys for my nipples because clamps are too painful - I thought this might be a good alternative and I was right. I got these ones because I didn't want something bright pink!
They look really simple (like something you pick up in a hardware store), but the amount of suction they can have is great. Even my partner, who has more pain tolerance, said that at the strongest they were a bit much for him. Ripping them off is quite the intense sensation.
I wish they had little rings on top for attaching a chain to.
