During the Black Friday Sales Period, we've curated a range of our best products at great prices. But if the reduced price drops between now and the end of the Black Friday Sales Period, we will refund the difference as further described below.

• The Black Friday Sales Period is between Monday 2nd November and Sunday 29th November 2026.
• The Price Promise applies to the reduced price displayed on lovehoney.com during the Black Friday Sales Period the Price Promise only applies to products purchased at a reduced price on lovehoney.ca during the Black Friday Sales Period. Products purchased at their regular price are not eligible.
• Promotional codes, vouchers and other additional discounts are not taken into account when determining whether a qualifying price reduction has occurred.
• The Price Promise is not applicable to Advent Calendars
• Price comparisons must relate to the same product, including the same size, color and other product specifications.
• To claim a refund under our Black Friday Price Promise, please contact Lovehoney Customer Care and provide: Your order number, the product name and price you paid, and a screenshot showing the lower price subsequently advertised on lovehoney.ca, including the date of the offer.
• Claims must be raised by Monday 7th December 2026.
